This is graphic I put together to help you read the Katakana used on benlearnsjapanese.com. I have included the pronunciations for the vowel sounds. I provided a space below each character so that you may write your own example for each character.

ヲ which is pronounced the same as オ.
フ the “f” in “fu” makes the same sound as if you were blowing out a candle.

I will write new words in Kanji and/or Katakana but will not include the Romaji.
So please learn to read Katakana and no not rely on Romaji.
